Dr. Milani is passionate about helping every student succeed—especially those who need extra support and accommodations. After over 15 years of experience guiding students with learning differences, she founded Bridges to Achievement in 2025 to provide personalized academic tutoring and life coaching tailored to each learner’s unique needs.

As the former Director of the Institute for Learning Differences and Office of Student Accessibility at Thomas More University, Dr. Milani worked closely with students facing challenges like ADHD, dyslexia, and anxiety. She understands that success isn’t one-size-fits-all, and she’s dedicated to removing barriers so students can build the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive both in school and beyond.

At Bridges to Achievement, Dr. Milani combines expert instruction with compassionate coaching, focusing on the whole student—helping learners find hope, discover their strengths, and unlock their full potential.

Her mission is simple: to empower every student to succeed, no matter their challenges.

Mr. Bailey is a dedicated educator and academic leader committed to helping students unlock their potential. As Co-Founder, CFO, and Director of Student Success at Bridges to Achievement, Mr. Bailey combines his passion for teaching with strategic oversight to ensure every learner receives personalized support.

He holds a Bachelors of Arts in History and Political Science from Thomas More University and is pursuing a Master’s in Teaching with a focus on Middle Grades Social Studies (5-9) at Campbellsville University. Mr. Bailey holds a Permanent Non-Tax Teaching Certificate in Ohio and a Rank III Educator certification in Kentucky, actively working toward Rank II licensure.

With over three years of tutoring and academic coaching experience and teaching, Mr. Bailey specialized in supporting students with learning differences. His expertise spans middle school general education—including Catholic religion—and high school social studies, English, writing, research, and Catholic theology. He also supports undergraduate students in political science, history, criminal justice, education, theology, and information systems.

Known for his patient, student-centered approach, Mr. Bailey is passionate about helping learners build confidence, sharpen critical thinking skills, and succeed both academically and personally.

Mrs. Bailey serves as the Communications Specialist for Bridges to Achievement, where she blends strategic storytelling with a heart for student support. With a background in communication, media, and branding, Isabella helps connect families and learners to the resources, encouragement, and clarity they need throughout their educational journey.

She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communication with a minor in Philosophy from Thomas More University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Communication at Arkansas State University, with a concentration in Social Media Management. Her academic and professional work focuses on building strong, authentic relationships between organizations and the communities they serve.

Whether she’s crafting a message to share the heart of the Bridges to Achievement mission or managing digital outreach, she is committed to ensuring every student and family feels confident, informed, and supported.
